Guidelines for Parents

• School Hours: Parents are requested not to enter classrooms or interrupt teaching during school hours. Meetings with teachers should be scheduled during Parent-Teacher Meetings or designated visiting hours.

• Daily Communication: Parents are encouraged to check their child’s school diary/app daily for homework, notices, instructions or remarks from the class teacher.

• Academic Support: Parents are requested to work in partnership with the school and actively support their child’s learning, discipline and overall development.

• Updated Information: Please inform the school office promptly about any change in residential address, mobile number or other important contact details.

• Child Collection: If someone other than the parent/authorised guardian is coming to collect a child, a duly signed written authorisation must be submitted to the school office in advance.

• Progress Report: Parents should sign the progress report and return it to the school within three working days.

• Classroom Discipline: Parents are requested not to ask the school to call students out of class during teaching hours. Messages or meetings with students will not be arranged during lessons except in cases of genuine urgency.
